A minha última aventura no Mundo das Goludices foi fazer uma Eton Mess.
Nunca tinha feito nenhuma e a sua simplicidade foi algo que me levou a fazê-la. Isso e o facto de ter suspiros à mistura... NOM!
A novidade para mim foi não usar medidas certas. Foi tudo muito "go with the flow", provar, acrescentar, por aí.
Devo dizer que fiquei muito orgulhosa.
E os suspiros... ai, os suspiros... Os suspiros estavam p-e-r-f-e-i-t-o-s!
My latest adventure in Candyland was making an Eton Mess.
I'd never done it before and its simplicity was ultimately what made me choose this recipe. That and the fact it had meringue in it... NOM!
For me, the novelty was not to use accurate measures. It was all very "go with the flow", taste, add, etc.
I must say I was very proud.
And the meringue... oh, the meringue... The meringue was p-e-r-f-e-c-t!
